MLE

From Wiki Gonzalez

Major League Equivalents. Bill James in his 1985 Baseball Abstract claimed that minor league statistics, appropriately adjusted, could accurately measure what a player's major league performance would have been. In other words a players minor league statistics could be transformed to give you their major league statistics, and you'd know when a player in the minors would be a more productive player than the player you currently have in the majors.
